Your first visit will consist of completing our patient questionnaire followed by a comprehensive exam of all your teeth and oral cavity. Should it be required X-rays will be taken to further aid in your treatment plan.
We accept most major South African medical aids and can submit claims directly to your medical aid, depending on your scheme and available benefits.
Please note that we are not contracted to DRC, DENIS or Momentum dental networks. Patients belonging to schemes administered through these networks are still welcome to attend the practice; however, treatment may not be covered at the network rate and a co-payment may apply.
We recommend confirming your dental benefits with your medical aid before treatment. Any amount not covered by your medical aid remains the patient’s responsibility.
Dr Barnard Dental Care offers a range of dental services including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. We also offer emergency dental services.
We understand the costs involved in dental treatment. We currently do offer payment plans, subject to the amount and nature of the fees outstanding. Speak to the dental receptionist at your appointment to find out more.
